I got my snug pierced last week it was so exciting ,not the most comfortable but it was so fun and looks so unique ! :) x

those who have their snug pierced, I'm getting mine done tomorrow, does it hurt? I have my forward helix done, in comparison to that, did the snug hurt more?

@sitromxrogirx (UPDATE) Hey I've had it done for quite a while now, and cartlidge piercings (excuse my language) can be a huge bitch to heal. I still have it in, and it hasn't rejected but you really do need to focus on QUALITY jewelry for it so you don't piss it off. It gets irritated super easily, and one way to avoid keloids, etc is tea tree oil, and sea salt soaks!

But it's like 80% done. And feels fine to push back and fourth;

and if I wanted to I could probably change it, but I like what I have in it.

So far it looks great, and have had no problems with it.

i've had my rook tragus and industrial done. but i am worried about getting this. i've heard the healling process is a bitch ! :[ And i clean my piercings properly i have a few so i'm used to cleaning them. BUT I ALWAYS GET A BUMP ! and a bump on my snug would be absolutely terrible

@tattooedangel88 Well that sucks lol. I just like the song, and there were a bunch of clips of the snug piercing, not just full video so there was no point in just leaving random sound in the background.

@leeSIQQ got it done and it hurt so bad ^_^ it took like one minute to go trough the part where the piercing is now, pain pain pain.. i want to have it on the other ear too, so it's worth the pain :)

i had mien done but it just wouldn't heal, always hurt. waited like 2 weeks to change the jewelry and clean it properly but the new bar wouldn't go in :'( btw you're GORGEOUS

it takes like 6 months for a snug to heal completely.

yea, even my helix took like a year to heal completely but for 2 weeks my snug pain just kept getting worse.

Cartlidge piercings take forever to heal, but are sooo worth it. My snug is healing amazingly to be honest.

@CORECOREgadget Aw I'm sorry to hear that love, but you should NOT be changing the jewellery in your snug after 2 weeks. They take far longer to heal than a normal piercing. And thankyou.

on a scale of 1-10, what was the pain? I want mine done! And have you had any problems with it?

About a 5, and I have a lot of piercings done, 5 or 6.

The only problem is when it gets in my way of brushing my hair, but now I usually wear my hair up, so that it doesn't tangle around the piercing, or anything like that to disrupt it, and you definitely can't sleep on which side you get it done on for a while. But its a BEAUTIFUL piercing, probably my favourite that I have. I definitely encourage you to get it done.

Thanks! i actually ended up getting mine done! I like it alot, the actual piercing wasnt bad for me, the jewlery going in was the worst, and the jerk put cheap jewlery in so i have to get it changed here in a couple week once it heals more! [&yea. i miss sleeping on my right side]

Yeah i love it! And i got the jewlery changed, im now just dealing with the keiloid or however you spell it. haha...it very painful trying to get rid of it.
