This kid is great and we love him. This is exactly what he likes and what we like. We have to have interpreters bring the past to our front door, otherwise we'll lose this music forever. This is how it keeps going. He's pure, he loves what he does and he is the direct cause of allot of young folks going back in time and finding those old records. Otherwise, they never would have thought about it. And, he's right - don't hate SRV!
Oh, Gawd! Please say it ain't so. Stevie died however many years ago and now this? Please stop it. Play your own stuff. I guarantee you it will be infinitely better. You obviously have talent so why not channel it into a more suitable aesthetic. Think about it for just a moment...You are copying some white dude TRYING to interpret Jimi Hendrix and other blues greats. Stop it. You're more talented than that.
It was a song from a "black dude" and his name was Albert King. SRV also played that song. And I have my own music too. Stevie never copied anybody, he influenced by many blues greats and mixed it. I think it's a normal thing. Albert King loved Stevie very much, and I love them both. BTW don't hate SRV.
Tommy, i couldnt say it better! Stevie had respect for almost all muscicians. I believe he is the god of the music, so much soul and so much passion in his music... And i like your playing tommyKJR, please come to holland with your band!
Hey hateSRV, everyone copies someone. How do you think Rock-n-Roll was born, jazz was born, bluegrass was born, and yes even someone copied someone to eventually create the Blues, so why don't you cut the negative, grow up,...and for F*** sake get over whatever problem it is you have.

Absolutely killer amazing! Brings me to tears. What a great loss of a rare talent(Stevie dying). However, now a new talent emerges in the same style. Do you have any original work? If so pls post. Familiar with Ben Robinson? Check out his work.
I first saw you play at the deep ellum blues jam (srv rememberance after party 2006) and i have bin following you ever sins on the youtube channel great play you are a true texas blues man even dou you where born in hungary...

Nice, but this sounds a lot like SRV and not much like Albert King. Also you are not playing maj and min 3rd bends like the "master himself."
