@LindseeyGirl well if ur top layers are burnt, they are probably extremely damaged. i recommend either trimming off about an inch or so, or using aveeno, dove, or pantene: breakage to strength shampoo and conditioner
hey get this: in my video i mentioned that i didn't want to cut my hair, but three days later on wednesday i chopped off a whole INCH therefore getting rid of my dead and damaged hair :)
