You mention that you're tired. I don't know if this is relevant to you, but getting eight hours a night can be pretty crucial in helping your body to lose weight. I'll not get into the science of it here, but you can check it out for yourself if you're interested. So make sure you're getting your sleep, Jen.
@dietriffic Yeah, someone else mentioned recently to me the importance of sleep in weight loss. I do get a lot of sleep. I am pretty non functional without it, weight loss aside :).

Jen, congrats on the 1lb.!!! That is awesome. I know your goal is 2lbs. a week, but remember it's never exact and the body can be "temperamental", but it knows waht it's doing and as long as you keep it up, the pounds will melt off. Any weight loss it good, so know that you are doing fine! Well done.

@ObeseToSlim Yah. I'm not trying to be a know it all when I say stuff like this but I was surprised on how many things can affect you weight than just diet and how much you work out. It's best to look at over all health along with weight. Might even help you lose a little more ;D
@WeightLossFTW Don't worry, you don't sound like a know it all :). I'm happy to have input from everyone... that is how you learn, right? I agree that looking at overall health is important. Weight is a strong indicator of overall health and if your overall health improves, weight tends to as well.
