Wow--simply wow. He's the best of Globetrekker's Ian Wright and Megan McCormick, travel expert Rick Steves, sportsman Grant McOmie and even Marlin Perkins in that Palin has been there, done that...and goes a step beyond the typical camera-toting straw hat tourist and mingles like gangbusters with the locals. Language barriers? Fear of foriegn food? No problem...he merely braves the elements. I'd sure like to be in his shoes, but wouldn't ANYBODY?!??
