Nope, Busta was in Leaders of the New School. He was never a member of Tribe. He was a guest on "Scenario" and "Oh My God". Get your facts straight before you try to tell people. Check the first LONS album "A Future Without A Past" for some great jams.
I don't really see the correlation between "entertainment" and "fucking up the rhythm every few seconds", which is what constantly dropping the beat out does. Wouldn't it be a lot more entertaining to just hear the songs?
Why is it that hip-hop is so afraid of just letting the music do the talking? There's no need for them to shout out the "relax girl" bit at the beginning, and there's no need for the beat to be dropped at the end of nearly every bar - the actual music is worthy of as much respect as their lyrics.
Live shows like this are way more about the interaction with the crowd. Have you ever been to a live hip-hop show before? It's way different than on record. Studio recordings and live performances are two sides of the same coin, but you can't judge them the same way.
yea i know what u mean, but its hard to judge them for that. i also hate kanye for screaming out on tracks like "heard em say" cuz it really doesnt fit the vibe of the song, but i think to get you hyped that their right there in front of you they have to scream. still id love to see them tone it down to fit the song, the music should speak for itself.

Here's hoping for a new Tribe album. I'm just itching for some new stuff from the Five-Foot Assassin and Kamaal the Abstract.
