Looks to me like there's perfectly good evidence that she's not going to cooperate with police or mom or ANYone in the first half of the video. Anyone saying this was excessive needs to back up and look at the bigger picture. Yes, the couple seconds of action in the video certainly look imbalanced but look at what the girl was doing seconds earlier? She'd have gotten a lot MORE hurt if they'd tried to take her "peacefully". As it was, she sustained no injuries. Well done, Mr. Policeman.

she was walking away, not running but WALKING, he could have easily subdued her without getting a running start and tackling her and slamming her head into the wall. I live in phoenix and this this is an embarrassment to my community.
