It has nothing to do with the kid being innocent or not. Sure all kids that age are innocent. The kids who shot up columbine were innocent when they were 2 years old, so was Jeffrey Dahmer at 3. Its the environments they are exposed to growing up, what they learn and see and how they process it internally.
