Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my work buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a google search), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard several unbelivable things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Oh hello! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my sister lost a lot of weight with it.
If 'experts' used more CFS in their lives there would be less failures and more positive successes. I have been using CFS for about 50 years and it very rarely lets me down.
Example: Captain Smith, experienced captain of Titanic. Ice berg warnings, flat calm sea..fog...and full steam ahead. Me using CFS.....slow ahead and double the watch...problem solved.
Guess you are wondering what CFS is. Gonna tell you my secret .....it's COMMON FUCKING SENSE .(which actually is not very common !) lol
@supersesqui read up on Titanic. The main advancements of science go against CFS. E=mc2 is not CFS. Newtonian physics is not CFS. If you rely on CFS then you offer no advancement at all. Einstein said: "common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age 18". What you think might be CFS could actually be wrong. For instance, you think you could prevent sinking, however, the flow/direction of the iceberg was abnormal, faults in the build of the ship and communications.
@supersesqui (part 2) The communications failure meant the captain didn't receive an iceberg warning on the night of the sinking. Also Icebergs had never been known to be in that region of the sea. People who put a failure down to common sense are usually ill educated about the subject and over opinionated. This is why real scientists rarely make strong statements before the lengthy process is complete and never use statements like CFS.
I work on C-reactive protein oxidising cholesterol into non-polarised molecules in order to release chemo-attractants and I have to say. I have never heard so much rubbish in my life, cholesterol is a waste of time. Avocado is good for you but this guy is clueless about heart disease. "the seed has a whole life force of a tree" eerr no, the tree has to take in nutrients in order to grow. I like his logo. 1 serpent means medicine, 2 serpents is for the Greek god of deception... quite fitting.
@supersesqui you mean what the media have linked. Science is a lengthly process. There is theory, then lab tests, then full blown trials, then meta analysis of trials which will involve debate. This usually takes about 10 years. During this process journalists (who are not scientists) will catch a glimpse of what's happening and try and make a good story out of it.
@supersesqui (part 2) making a list of fails is a very poor argument. There are so many advancements every year that it is basic statistical probability that some will fail. Failure is a sign on advancement of understanding. In order to acknowledge that the earth was round we had to admit that we were wrong about it being flat. Edison failed 300 times before making the light bulb. We will stumble but we do advance. Just look at general life expectancy. Who disproves the experts? other experts.
Fat is a valuable nutrient, and when we don't eat it, the body hangs on to fat. When you eat HEALTHY living fat, the body does not feel the need to hold onto it. You need calories for energy. It's about the type of food you eat.
@TerryNoble: Well you show not eat the whole thing, but also remember that although it is high in calories your body is not going to digest it all because of the fiber content.

@TheChemmed
Do you remember the 'experts' saying:
eggs were bad for you ?
use hydrogenated oils for food ?
use aspartme, saccarin ?
use azo food dyes ?
use spinal waste protein to feed herbivore cows (BSE)
use DDT..........ad infinitum......

@SSQC23 it's the saturated and trans fat that is bad for you. we all need polysaturated and monosaturated fats.
