It was my understanding that two separate events occured that night: one being the delta shaped craft at low altitude, which was not documented; and later on came the well documented string of lights that came on and blinked out sequentially, and were quite obviously flares. Is this correct? If so, why aren't people saying this, rather than just letting the flare video be shown over and over without comment? If I'm wrong, let me know.
