its probably not peak time ,weekend, i was there last year,a lots of chineese are moving there for work ,still alot to be rebuild it was jungle 10 years ago illigal buildings with no planing as people run from thier vilages to the centre but now the governoment is clamping down on illigal private buildings that was build with no permission i would say 70% of algeria houses will be brought down in the next years
