  • I got to test ride 2 of these in Portland this week, and can attest, they are the most beautiful, quiet and mellow bikes you'll ever ride. Now I just need the money!!! Not sure what delays Australian customs might cause, given they like to inspect wood products. The weight is about the same as a good lugged and steel frame.

    Put it through the Paris Roubaix, and then talk us about durability.

  • @dahgutone I saw pictures another wooden model built by Axalko being ridden on the Paris-Roubaix course. Google Axalko Wooden bicycles.

    

  • Oh...The pictures of Axalko Wooden bikes being ridden on  Paris-Roubaix course are on their facebook page. The Axalko bikes look pretty much like they copied Renovo with a few extra innovations of their own.
