thats a nice truck... im going to get a rock crawler i want the scx10 i didn't know they ran that fast. so the gears are stock? what motor are you running? does it still do good when crawling?

i slammed the titan 12t in my scx10 with a 13 pin and a 11.1 3c lipo lmao it flies already jerk the top rear link mount out but it's fun and still crawls

I'm thinking of buying this kit but not it it onlu goes at crawling speed,I believe you have a updated motor but are those the gears it came with out of the box?Cause I want mine to run like yours

Yes everything on it is stock. full front and rear lock. you get to choose your own esc and motor.

lol at the first comment...5:1 is a "high" gear ratio... 8:1 is a "low" gear ratio means that the pinion spins more while the spur spins less i.e. it spins "lower" than a 5:1 ratio

(normaly rock crawlers have high gearratios for lots of torque and slow speeds that what i know)

Its a mamba 5700kv system on 6 cells and yes, rock crawlers do have a high gear ratio for loads of torque. i'm running a 55t motor in it now.

So your statement is false. its actually lower gear ratio for high speed, high gear ratio for torque.

Actually a ratio with a larger number is a LOWER ratio. A ratio with a smaller number is a HIGHER ratio.
