The loop that's played in the intro and in the chorus is so much flyer to me than what they have under the verses. I thought it would have been perfect if they had just kept that going for the whole thing. Because melodically it has that perfect hard yet yearning melancholy feel that I associate with rainy days in Bronx or Manhattan. Yeah, everybody's a critic, but that's my opinion.
