I have the DVD of his 2 previous world tour and at times, he did appear as if he lip-synced because he's so pitch-perfect! Anyway, Jacky rarely does that unless there is a very compelling reason to do so.
@ozalice96 I'm pretty sure his performance in world tour wasn't lip-sync. My previous comment had no offense to him and I admire him so much as a professional singer, but if you listen careful, his performance in this TV programme was pitch-perfect as you said that "had no difference with the CD version". I could be wrong, but that's what the impression it gives to me.
