The Cat can be seen using the EBA cheat (I used it on Quendan 2) playing Countdown or that song after it. It will not be seen in normal songs çause in a normal song it will look like a EBA character.

Oh! and if you do the final level (or Countdown) its hair will change to which chracter it supposed to be. Like the chearleader's Hair if you play it on (...Expert mode?)

The Blue Team Leader will change to a cat. not the red one. That will be a EBA character. :P

you could download them here in Japan. ^^ So whenever you play a game in Ouendan, you have the option to use the three agents from EBA and see them dancing instead of Ryuuta and the two guys (I forgot their names- not that I mind. xD).

You can't get Neko in EBA, you get Neko and Agent J in Ouendan 2. You get EBA Mode by going to this special event that ended over a year ago. You must use Action Replay to get it now. Sorry.

Regular Multiplayer mode, usually Download-Multiplayer and stuff.

The characters are unlocked when you unlock that specific difficulty to play the person.
