  • ITUNES THE SHIT OUT OF IT JUST TO FIND FUCKING DISAPPOINTMENT

  • Its amazing to see the link between metal and classical music. For those idiots who think metal doesnt take skill...it is one of the hardest genres to play. Amazing job by these guys, I met Janne and he's a kick ass dude and a great keyboardist

  • @magicmanyea what you told about your meeting with janne - which im absolutely jealous about x) - is kinda obvious... dont you think? :D

  • Oh man! I used to have this album a long time ago. Found it recently in the trunk of my car smashed to pieces.

  • wooo the intro of Steel lord on wheels - Hibria :D!!

  • good for a game

  • Epic.

  • @HaoSkywalker short and sweet, no opinionated bullshit, just.. EPIC!

  • this is probably the best metal song with keyboards

  • Bach is back. head banging

  • i wish i could fly and shoot big bang kamehameha's

  • FUCK DRAGONFORCE AND DREAMTHEATER JANNE VILJAMI WARMAN IS A KEYBOARD GOD

  • @ffafrom23s Dragonforce is gay yes, but you cannot diss on Jordan Rudess or Kevin Moore. Them two are phenomenal keyboardists.

  • No, he's not. It's Janne's Brother Antti as far as I know.

  • Is Alexi the guitarist for warmen? I don't know much about warmen, so. Huge COB fan though. :D

  • @Link572 Janne's brother is currently the guitarist but I know they went through 1 or 2 before Antti joined. I'm not sure who plays the guitar in this album but I don't think it is Antti.

  • awesome.

  • epic drum intro

  • warmen made me want to make a difference,

i jope to fight and win for the freedom of the world and have warmen play,

or you know i just go to a concert,

    whatever happens first.

    ARMEN FOREVER!!!

  • This is epic beyond all proportions!

  • let's get down to brass tacks here, all metal sounds exactly the same, except for Manowar, because only Manowar is true metal, HAIL

  • @Incc lol........ manowar.... xD

  • @Incc

    Simple minded.. poor guy :>

  • @Incc

let's pick a couple metal bandssss......Meshuggah and Protest the Hero, OHHH YEAH they sound "exactly the same" you may like Manowar, but be reasonable =\

  • @Incc Listen to Dream Theater, Adagio, and maybe some Necrophagist and THEN say that again...please, I honestly want you to listen to them extensively and tell me whether or not your statement stands!

  • @BernietheShredder Not only does my statement stand, every word is now DOUBLES! You obviously know NOTHING about true metal.

  • @Incc HAHA yes because YOUR opinion about "true metal" is a universal truth that EVERYONE else MUST follow lest they be n00bs/idiots/whatever. You're just like half (or more) of the posters on Youtube: ignorant, arrogant, and completely closed-minded. Please do the rest of us a favour, crawl back into your little hole and listen to your Manowar discography - leaving the rest of us in peace (as well as you for that matter)! Franck Hermanny in Adagio sweeps arpeggios on 6-string bass!

    -nuff said

  • @Incc could be...

but is better to know about really nice music, than a first-on-tv(or anything else) sell-a-lot dudes

  • @BernietheShredder DREAMTHEATER!! WOOOO!!!!!

  • @Incc be silent troll!

  • @Incc aha....all metal is intstrumental... I get it....

  • @Incc

Manowar is only a group of posers.

  • I can't get it. Is this a mix of salieri's pieces? I think i've listened to all salieri's works on spotify and I can't spot the specific piece.

What's the name of the piece that runs from 0:00 to 1:30? I love it.

  • @felpaman21 i havent heard any of Salieri's pieces but all i know is that Janne is a big fan of Salieri so maybe if u cant spot it anywhere its jst named so....btw where can i hear Salieri's works??

  • @skylord081 Spotify. It'is a program to search and lsten to music online.

  • In short, what everyone is saying put together in one post: Dragonforce is only impressive on CD if you don't know how they sound live, Warmen owns, and metal is the most widely classified genre. There are genres within genres within classes within genders, and such and such and so and so... METAL, to be blunt cannot be classified. Whether it is power metal, thrash, melodic, death, doom, or 80's.... can be broken down so many times. Either way, each band itself really has no classification

  • Dragonforce is power metal. Power metal sucks.

This is not like "traditional" power metal, this is more like neoclassical metal like nightwish.

  • @meleeman90 Power metal doesnt suck, bad power metal and other cheap immatations of metal suck.

  • @meleeman90 agreed, this isnt power metal, but power metal isnt just dragn force mate. thats one power band. other power metal bands involve, sonata arctica, cains offering, Kamelot, Epica. putting one band in a genre and saying that genre is shit is just you being a narrow minded tool.

  • @12345smith67890

Power metal is actually very wide genre, making it hard to say do you like it or not. For example, i enjoy Nightwish, Warmen and Kamelot but really hate Dragonforce and Freedom Call. I admit i was wrong saying *all* power metal sucks, but the genre just has so many bands that like 60% of them is shit like Dragonforce.

Somebody should probably try to split the power metal genre to many sub-cenres, it's just too wide these days.

  • @meleeman90 fer point. i am personally a fan of pretty much anything that comes under the 'power metal' title. i suppose you could say they do have 'sub genres' for it. ive heard like 'operatic power metal' for the likes of Nightwish maybe? something along those lines atleast.

  • 3:33 ..... zam

  • lol i realized that this is a slower version of the song saliera strikes back lol

  • Why the hell is everybody whining about fucking Studioforce?

  • @TheLostDemocracy Oh god you're so funny, I never heard that joke before! Hahaha... You're such a "troo" power metal fan, you hate Dragonforce! What a unique individual you are!

  • @Drocks0 I'm so sorry for downtalking them, but I just can't keep myself from getting mad at people who disrespect Warmen and their video by commenting about a band that isn't relevant for the time being. Just listen to THIS video and stop bothering/arguing about THAT band.

By the way, I barely even listen to Power Metal, so the "troo-Power-Metal-fan"-thing doesn't work on me. Besides, my diss doesn't have to be unique, it's fine as it is, because it may contain some truth.

  • pure genious.... ^-^

  • Hm.. Are there more than three Salieri songs??

    Return of Salieri

    Salieri Strikes Back

    Warcry of Salieri

    Are there more?

And btw, every salieri song have same intro melody and whole song melody is same, just different instrument playing different part.. :)

  • i could probably play some of this on keyboard

  • and could probably play some of this on guitar, wanna make a band?

    xD

    jk

  • 1:39 - 2:45 .... great guitar <3333

  • I thought this was a Warmen vid, Jannes solo project, let's stick to his greatness and not this dragonfarce crap

  • apparently u dont listen to warmen much....other wise ud be able to tell this is them.... just listen to the keyboard.... its janne

  • No shit dumbass

    Saludos

  • Is it just me who thinks Janne's been playing Castlevania nonstop since the 80's?

  • @RufusaurusDex

well, this is more than clearly classically influenced. and, castlevania didn't exactly make that kind of music up.

but yeah, he seems like the kind of guy who's been playing castlevania this whole damn time. hahaha

  • LMAO !

  • dragonforce....HAHAHAHAHAHAH what a joke they are and always have been!

  • please, don't compare with dragonforce,

    don't compare melodic and abstract^^,

    seriously warmen : beautifull mess

    dragonforce : just a mess

  • oh great song

  • Haha all dragon force songs sound the same that would be why, plus its all computer generated :L

  • 1:30 Bach?

  • when you go this neoclassical your bound to copy some of the licks ahaha

  • Awesome. :)

  • Pfui!

  • holy douchbag!! this is great!

  • warmen, dragonforce, and a7x are all good bands...theres synyster gates, janne, and herman li...

  • well i think they are very different

  • Synster Gates and Herman Li are foking jokes, the fact that you group them with a talented keyboardist like Janne Wirman is insulting.

  • all three all these bands are like lame and intermediet excep warmen is little technical so i give then credit

  • I have seen them live. They were GREAT. They made a few mistakes, but no band is perfect. It's hard enough to play that shit sitting down in the comfort of your own home, let alone infront of a crowd where you're expected to be crazy and jump around and all that. And ontop of that people are throwing shit. So naturally it isn't going to sound PERFECT DEAD ON the studio recording. But even if it did, what fun would that be? Why go see them live? I love their improv. That makes live so much better

  • I'm not expecting anyone to be perfectly dead on with their recordings because the recordings are the best of the best, and live shows can often show you at your worst. However, they were sub-par compared to other bands that share the same energy level that they do. And if they want to maintain that level of energy, they have to learn how to play while doing that. They sucked. They couldn't even stay in time.

  • Well, when was the last you saw them live, that could make all the difference. Because I have seen them three times and each time they got better. This last time was freaking amazing.

  • It was a long time ago, but if they didn't have respect for their fans back then, there's no reason I'm gonna go see them now.

  • better yet, save some money and type in "dragonforce live" in the search bar just above.

  • Bashing on Dragonforce gets old after about 3-7 years of the same damn argument. "Dragonforce sucks" "Why?" "Because I don't think they can't play live" "Okay, but why do you think their music sucks?" "Because I said so, and my opinion is fact, and musical opinion isn't subjective at all either."

  • It's like you didn't even read my second post.

They couldn't keep time and stay energetic. That's not a subjective musical opinion. That is the basis of being a good musician. Having rock solid time.

  • That's still just an opinion, there is no Big Book of Musician Laws that state what you can and can't do to be considered a good musician. Still that's just one concert that you went to where they played bad. How do you explain all the people who say they could play live and that they loved their performance?

  • ...are you serious? Staying in time is only my opinion of what makes a musician good?

Show me one example of where a musician plays out of time (not in different time signatures but completely out of time) and is still a good musician.

I don't care if Dragonforce has gotten better, their concert turned me away from them forever and they have to live with the negativity of that. If they didn't consider the quality of their shows before, why should I think they will now?

  • Fine I give up, you were right all along Dragonforce sucks live and they aren't good musicians, is there music made any worse by that statement? I still love every one of their albums and like the band as a whole, it's not like their members are overly serious musicians claiming they're the greatest band alive.

  • because they are amazing now.

i should know i paid to she a shitty show.

but in the last 2 years ive seen them they have made it worth the money and more.

really fun band, they get the crowd involved, herman shredding while crowd surfing was amazing, and the songs sounded like actual songs.

guitar hero blew them out of proportion and they werent ready for it at all, but now that they are huge, they fixed their act up and are here to stay

  • Well it's not really a book.

  • Speaking in terms of your musical opinion, yeah dragonforce might be cool. But in terms of talent and what is METAL, dragon force sucks balls

  • In terms of talent? Sure the drumming may be repetitive, but the sweep picking in their songs is hard as hell. And who named you king of metal? I do believe Manowar holds that title.

  • no one named me king of metal. but i'm a metalhead and thats just fucking metalhead code. DRAGONFORCE SUCKS BALLS

  • dragonforce prior to 2007=sucking balls.

dragonforce post 2007=amazing live performance, both musically and with fan interaction, and they make fun of themselves for past shows at the same time.

yes there is repition in their stuff, but they have a unique sound and a few stand out songs like land where dragons rule and soldioer of the wasteland that dominate.

  • Dragonforce is a lyrics variety fail. lolz

  • but they are amazing live (now) in terms of shit they do on stage and with the fans.

i got to sing the chorus of through the fire and flames in the mic with zp.

i love their music but it absolutely is 80 percent very similar, although the land where dragons rule is a very unique song and great along with soldiers of the wasteland.

two of their songs that actualy stand out and are amazing.

  • @lolatlife

ya they pretty much suck at life

  • @lolatlife

    I hate you hater......

I am no Dragonforce fanboy, nor any other band fanboy, but listen to Dragonforce live stuff from 2009. It's seriously awesome, almost no mistakes... except the singer, but hey, Dream Theaters James LaBrie also makes mistakes ;)

  • @Soulfulshreddify

I saw them at Ozfest one year and they we're just drunk and wanking it was terrible.

  • @lolatlife iv seen them 2x , both times they were awesome ...........

  • @lolatlife ive seen em. and i was impressed. i dont get why people hate Dragonforce so much. is it the repetative tracks? if so (erm hello AC/DC???) or is it the pure fact that they can play so well and have such extensive knowledge of guitar theory that your all just jealous?

  • @12345smith67890 Not everybody that hates Dragonforce like AC/DC.

  • @Dimebag204 true but theresno denying that they have ahuuuge fan base and areo ne of the biggest hard rock bands since music began.

  • @12345smith67890 Yeah...ever watch a video of Herman Li TRYING to explain the theory behind the notes of an arpeggio - let alone how to actually play swept arpeggios? He's not exactly who I'd go running to for "extensive knowledge of guitar theory" - and I don't know much guitar theory myself!!

  • @BernietheShredder ive watched many videos of herman li succesfuly explaining arpeggios. herman li can sweep arpegios, if you deny this then your obviously a tool, its like saying angus young doesnt know how to right music in the key of A. ofcourse he does most of his tracks are in A. to say a technically telented guitarist isnt good at technical stuff is just completely ilogical

  • @12345smith67890 Writing chord-based songs rarely has actual theory involved; what does AC/CD have to do with Herman Li's inability to articulate a proper explanation of how to play arpeggios while also incorporating the proper elements of the related theory? Telling someone that they have to "roll" their fingers over two strings doesn't explain HOW to do it - he simply demonstrates (poorly) and DOESN'T explain the proper finger mechanics...think before you type.....tool

  • @BernietheShredder im sorry but wouldnt explaining that you need to Roll your finger ot do a certain arpegio be part of explaining a fingering mechanic? i think so. so he says 'you need to roll your finger' i think ''oh right nw i know how to do that bit'' then he explains the rest of the notes that follow and there you have it, how to play an arpegio. ive managed to understand how to play that arpegio thanks to herman li, so if i managed to understand it he has succesfully explained an arpegio

  • @12345smith67890 HEY YOU GUYS SHUT THE FUCK UP!

LISTEN TO THIS DAMN SONG ITS AMAZING WHAT YOUR GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT IS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT TO ANYTHING IN THE SCHEME OF LIFE! SO STOP BEING TROLLS AND LISTEN TO GOOD MUSIC LIKE THIS AND ENSIFERUM AND WINTERSUN!

    \m/

  • @upelt i agree its an amazing song. i was gunna have my next comment about how pointless this actually is. it just pisses me off when people comment about dragonforce on a different bands video for no apparent reason. i agree they all rock. sorry mate

  • @lolatlife Exactelly. Dragonforce are good only in CD, in live ... Oh my gad, they suck.

    WARMEN FOREVER

  • Warmen is an awesome band so is A7X but not dragonforce there garbage dog

  • you did not just say warmen and A7X in the same sentence did you?

  • yea i did

  • those three bands are of totally differnt caliber warmen is like neoclassical people who are looking for a challenge in there full instrumental value A7x is for scene kids like me who like fast guitar

and dragon force is shitty nerdy music that guitar hero fags love

  • Comment removed

  • What song does A7x have fast guitar?

  • well most of the solos are pretty epic i think but dude im a scene kid so of course i think that but like reall good stuff is here comes the kracken they dont have piano but there as hard a necrophagist listen to the song "dont fail me darko" and mabe try to play thats hard shit to play

  • he goes pretty fast for like a bar and a half in "The Beast and the Harlot", "seize the day" has a sweep in the end... that's all I know of, it is still childs play

  • sweeps arent that great to they honestly arent that hard they sound cool tho but yea mastering warmen is all types of music that why i generally apprecitate it

  • I concur, although I don't think the instrumental challenge is mastering classical techniques

  • awesome band besides dragonforce and avenged sevenfold.

  • i got to learn this song

  • wait so is it COB's keyboardist doing every instrument? or? sorry i jus heard of warmen today

  • nope he is the keys lol look them up on wiki to see who else they had in other songs its easier that way hah

  • he's just on keyboards, other musicians aren't well known beside this band, and there are guests like Roope from CoB on a few tracks.

  • This song is AMAZING holy shit!

  • i seriously listen to this song in the background at least once a day while surfing the web haha

  • Same for me ;) Or while playing to WoW, it's just putting you in the right atmosphere :D

  • man u di the same i play wow while listening warmen! great! :D!

  • Love this song <3

  • I love this song , its perfect instrumental song !!!

  • where can i get the album? please answer

  • itunes? i dont see why they wouldn't have it, cuz its the shit XD

  • nope they dont hav it...i just get it by using the youtube to ipod converter and setting it to mp3 :/

  • i use zamzar . com/ to convert flash files into mp3. It's really kinda hard to find some gruups in peer to peer files.

    Hope you find this useful.

Warmen, a great group..i use the instrumental songs to improvise with my noobish guitar skills xD

  • ya, but when I hear music as epic as this, im willing to go the extra mile to pay for it

  • ok, so I'm being ignorant because I don't want to support the torrent sites, but rather the band itself? I understand it doesn't take from sound quality, i'd just rather give my support to the people making it, not the people recording it and spreading it for free on the internet.

  • lol Triviu you obviously didn't get his point 'you idiot'

  • It takes away from the enjoyment. I would love to get my hands on this album for sentimental value and the album art work... knowing u have it in your posession adds to the enjoyment. Dont download music illegally... stealing music is no different than stealing anything else and if u think otherwise. Fuck You.

  • Me too. Latest Trapt album? eh, downloaded it.

All three Antoine Dufour albums? Bought, and even got one signed by Dufour himself. =)

  • The store?..

  • @ViceDeivid amazon...

  • dude this is awsome!!!!! although it sounds like some thing to be put on expert level of guitar hero.... but I love Guitar hero ... so rock on!!!!

  • joan sebastian bach of 2000s

  • kicks fucking balls! and idk if im the only one...but if you look realy closely at the artwork, in the middle....you can kinda see a face xDD

  • a cool face :D

  • is this band only made instrumentals?

  • No I believe they have a few songs with singing

  • Ofc there are some songs with singing

  • O_o

  • Salieri Rules!

  • nop but all the good song are vocalless, the one with vocal just sux..

  • no kotipelto is awesome on warmen

  • i like this song!!

  • I like the ending especially.

  • Warmen rocks!!

  • warmen will ever make me freak, so powerfull!
