No, some people are born with different colored eyes. The genes get all mixed up. Some dogs are like that too. The pupil in his other eye might be smaller because of his weird eye genes.One eye is blue, and I think the other is hazel, or brown.
He gut punched in the eye when he was young and it blew out his pupil (the black thingy). His eyes are the exact same colour they just appear different because of the blown out pupil. You can look it up on-line, he's been quoted on the whole story. Though, yes, some people do have different coloured eyes, like Jane Seymour.
@whatshisface130 You're right, he probably is a bit...I also read in a book he can no longer see the same colors out of his bad eye. Only brownish earth tones. A shame.
@alluurpo the pupil reacts to light, put simply it gets bigger when there's less light, and shrinks when there's lots of light, so all they had to do to get different size pupils was shine a light in the right eye, you might know, but just incase, I thought I'd post this comment. :)
@jackatuabriggs But that's not the story with Bowie :P He has had different sized pupils for ages now and I believe it'll stay that way permanently. There's a story behind that. :D
