I'm not optimistic. Harman deliberately seeks out companies of great heritage with generations of expertise; companies that are known for setting benchmarks of quality and performance --and destroys them. They shred the fragile fabric of accumulated knowledge that defines the company, its heritage & expertise. So much the better for these sociopaths if their target bears its founder's name.
