I went to Alaska for the first time last summer (to Anchorage, the Kenai Peninsula & Denali National Park) and it is since then my favorite US state!!

Mainly because it looks and feels very similar to my home country (Sweden) with long days in the summer + There is no greedy sales-tax like in most of the mainland states !!!!
