yeah, he makes mention of this clip in the book "Dean and Me (A love Story)" He also mentions the clip where he's a goofy contestant on a quiz show and Dean's the host. (It was when they were fighting) and dean would keep pushing Jerry's head under water and he wouldn't stop...lol...

Well, I don't know of any one link that explains the matter. The best way to understand it all is through hearing it first hand. Jerry talks about it in his book, "Dean and Me: A Love Story". It is a GREAT book that I highly recommend if you're a Jerry Lewis fan.

@igvmyslf1000pts I also have this book.It is lovely and Jerry loved Dean so much it is great to see them work together and see how much they loved eachother until some of the media and self doubt on the part of Dean got in the way but there was a good ending thankfully!!!

This is probably one of my most favorite skits. I love when Dean cracks up at Jerry. I love when he's chewing the gum and he's like can you tell me what I was up to, and Dean tells him "you better hurry we only got an hour".
