wow i've never seen this detailed of a comparison between the real and fake beats. I agree that the real beats are just so tragically expensive. I've been surfing the web to find cheaper (fake) beats with good sound quality. What do you think about all of the youtube videos that claim that the sound quality of the fake are comparable to the real? Ive seen so many that say the quality is the same if not better. What do you say to that, I'm tempeted to purchase.

And, according to many different sources, the Beats fail to do as well as others in its price category. It's a science, called "frequency response."

AKA People can prove that the Beats suck, and have done studies to prove just that.

If u have more money then u can go for sennheisers, maybe hd 598(although those would prob. need amps) or the new amperior hd 25 based off the #1 DJ headphones in the world and its also designed towards average consumers with ipods and laptops

The HD 25-1 is a great headphone, and if the amperior is made to extract the full potential of the HD 25 from any PMP, then it will be amazing for portable use.

At that price point, I preferred the Beyerdynamic DT880, which floats around $200-250, if you look around online. It is definitely more needy than the 5xx, which are fine out of portables.

Wow you noticed some stupid shit that if you were to buy one and didnt have the real one next to it to compare then you wouldnt know worth shit. The biggest difference on the box and the FIRST thing i picked up (and you somehow managed to completely miss it) is the "beatspro" logo on the bottom left of the front of the box. On the fake pair there is a space between "beats" and "pro" like so: "beats pro". On the real pair there is no space; "beatspro".
