I did very little cardio as it relates to your standard definitions of cardio. Like running on a treadmill, (which I am allergic to treadmills) riding a bike etc. What I did was full body workouts every other day with very little rest in between my sets. That made it seem like a strength workout & cardio workout at the same time. On my off days I would do circuit training with different core workouts with very little rest in between my sets. again, this was my version of cardio
@domieszter The TRX at the beginning is more so that the people who were searching & using TRX could find it easily. However I do the TRX suspended crunch and the Suspended obliques are in there.

Yes - now have 5 TRX sets in my circuits class - I went on the TRX Training Course in London 3 weeks ago. We have them hanging off the window frames. Working up to the TRX 40/40 challemge, then will post some clips on my website, with the Hooman shimmy at the end!

Nice workout,my only question is why do you call it TRX workout ,if you are not doing the pikes or the bicycle crunches on the TRX?
