any animal with vertebrate has ida,pingala and sushumna. There is a potential for kundalini awakening in them as well. The potential is much higher in humans, since consciousness is more manifested in humans.

Enlightenment is nothing but dissolving ego. By being aware of the awareness , one can detach from thoughts and hence the world and the identify. Meditate regularly on the awareness. Pure Consciousness is God. Everyone has it in them. These lectures can ONLY serve as inspiration.

A suggestion. Relax into the listening, don't try so hard. You'll find you understand more. Please understand the Life Bliss Foundation is an all volunteer org. The people recording, editing, etc., are volunteers and not usually trained. They learn as they go. Less than ideal circumstances are faced often and overcome the best their skills and equipment allow. Sometimes they don't have what they need to do a "professional" job, but at least we can listen until we understand, because it is free.

Greatly appreciate Swamiji's discourses, but often the recording quality makes understanding very difficult. No, volume and base/treble adjustments don't always help. I use an audio equalizer, but with these last two discourses it is of little help. The problem is one of microphone type and placement during recording: way to much echo here. Not only is Swamiji's voice recorded but also reflections off several walls, ceiling, etc at the same time. Dream: recording quality = discourse quality.
