I also, went to Orlando and wanted to go on rollercoasters, which I did, but I had to bring a case and a bag and put it in the locker things. they're just such a hindrance sometimes.

My freind has the kind of crutchs that you wear around your wrist and someone insulted him and he turned from slow and carful to fast and crazy he was swinging them lick hell. It would have bin fun to watch a handycap beat a nonhandy cap but I had to step in.... I did give the guy a fat lip 4 what he did. :)

I'll never forget this one time when my teacher was talking about glasses to the class for some reason and she mentioned that girls don't like guys with glasses. FYI ... I work at an Optometrist office and I sell glasses... when you go back you need to ask for "Clearshield Anti Reflective". 1st of all ... it will make it easier to keep them clean and 2nd ... it takes the glare off the lenses from computers , tv's. lights etc .... 3rd... they will help when you want people to see your eyes or your eye makeup this will knock the glare off making them more visible! therefore you can fix most of the problems with this one add on to your lenses!.

And you don't look smart because you wear them, you wear them because you're smart. you have a big brain and it's pushing against you're eyeballs and the lenses are not functioning properly anymore, I found out that If you gently squish your eyes with your finger it will enhance your vision...

Well, i was born blnd (the orange stuff in my eyes was still growing as i was born 14 weeks early, along with a LOT of other health problems) but i was the first baby in the west of scotland to receive laser eye treatment (i even got into the newspaper because of it) and it restrored some of my sight.
There was a follow-up a year later in 1994 (and i had on my "mini-glasses")
Also my sight is graually getting worse as i grow older
I require both reading and distance glasses, as i have really poor eyesight (i have been wearing glasses since i was a year old! They were little mini ones for babies at that time). People always take the piss about how thick the lens are , like they say "Double-glazing" and stuff.

@LilFroggyGirl i have this one friend who tries on my glasses. then i stopped letting HIM and he bought his own pair for like $2, and he cant even see with them (theres a tiny bit of prescription) and he wears them and asks people if he looks better with or without them. its sooo annoying.

Nice vid lol, ever since I was a little kid I always wanted to wear glasses because I remembered watching this movie where this guy had glasses and I thought he was cool so I wanted to be like him. Now I know why my friends get pissed whenever I tell them "I wish I had glasses." I don't think people look bad with glasses though, i don't know why I still think they're cool and that people who wear them are cool.

i only wear glasses when in class taking notes off the board. i dont think they r necessary in any other situation, maybe driving. unless ur sight's so bad and need them to not to walk into a wall... lol a lot girls looks super annoying in glasses especially if they alrdy have an ugly personality.

First off I'd just like to say that you are both super cute with glasses on.
I'll never forget this one time when my teacher was talking about glasses to the class for some reason and she mentioned that girls don't like guys with glasses. (I was the only one wearing glasses and she must have forgot). The room went silent and everyone was looking at me. Then she was like "oh shit" and apologized. But it was too late to apologize.

Some people like having glasses on and i don't mean people who wear glasses just for looks, people who ACTUALLY need them ...
I know someone who had the opportunity to have LASIK surgery and he refused because he thinks glasses represent a part of his "personality"...
Plus, he really DID look better with them
I wear glasses since like 10-11 years and i don't really hate them though i know without them i look better ... and i do look "geeky" with them on :p

FYI ... I work at an Optometrist office and I sell glasses... when you go back you need to ask for "Clearshield Anti Reflective". 1st of all ... it will make it easier to keep them clean and 2nd ... it takes the glare off the lenses from computers , tv's. lights etc .... 3rd... they will help when you want people to see your eyes or your eye makeup this will knock the glare off making them more visible! therefore you can fix most of the problems with this one add on to your lenses!.

I a the only VI person in my entire family (even my 80-something-year-old Great Grandma has better sight then me), My borhter offen steals my glasses and has broken more than one pair. I also go to a school, its mainstream, but havea "VI Unit" and the school is adapted for VI and blind pupils. Ther is even a briallie and large print adaptation base and assistant teachers.

yeah i dont mind wearing them, my face feels kinda naked without them, and out of habit ill push them up, even if im not wearing them. people are just really inconsiderate sometimes, I'm sorry about your glasses :( that is so horrible, especially since glasses can be really expensive. oh and i believe i am nearsighted and farsighted along with having astigmatism, and a flat eye (whatever that means)

Well, i was born blnd (the orange stuff in my eyes was still growing as i was born 14 weeks early, along with a LOT of other health problems) but i was the first baby in the west of scotland to receive laser eye treatment (i even got into the newspaper because of it) and it restrored some of my sight.
There was a follow-up a year later in 1994 (and i had on my "mini-glasses")
Also my sight is graually getting worse as i grow older

I require both reading and distance glasses, as i have really poor eyesight (i have been wearing glasses since i was a year old! They were little mini ones for babies at that time). People always take the piss about how thick the lens are , like they say "Double-glazing" and stuff.
My both pairs are broken right now i dneed to make do with just reading,
My best friend tried both pairs ands he said "Wow, thse are strong, i can't see a thing!" and i just went "Thats because they're made for me",

@LilFroggyGirl i have this one friend who tries on my glasses. then i stopped letting HIM and he bought his own pair for like $2, and he cant even see with them (theres a tiny bit of prescription) and he wears them and asks people if he looks better with or without them. its sooo annoying.

I know exactly what you guys are going through. I have astigmatism and I can't see far away to save my life, and all my friends constantly want to try my glasses on and it's SO annoying that they always ask "How many fingers am I holding up? can you see that word? What about this word?" UGH!!!
