@SuperSpank111, based on what I've been able to research on google and viewing other videos showing the same audience and stage, this was filmed in London, England on the British leg of their Euopean tour in 2004. It was known as the 30th anniversary tour. The CD/DVD was not released until 10/2005 however. In the video of "Move It On Over" in the same show, he has finally got the audience up & moving. I don't know what their problem was at this point. I agree, they just did not get it.
