  • i'm still lockin fingers and poppin my shoulder out, but it makes my elbow really sore , shld i keep stretchin & trying to do it? or if i rest for a day will i lose the ability and have to stretch over again?

  • @23artemis23 Well I Have never herd of Anyone getting Injered from Doing It or attempting. In most cases when i here people complaine like that some one just tells them to just get over it So I dnt knoe what to tell yu but if yu really need to then just take a brake
