I'm one of those that can't get into a band until I hear the perfect song for me from them. Unless they are The GazettE in which case I love them right away.

this band is/was a side project of the ban Nega(same members) with a more "visualy toned-down look" the music is a bit more (hate to use this term)"mainstream" than the super hard sound of Nega. either way i love BOTH bands and the sounds.they are currently on tour in Europe.

@CrazyCookieMonster6 Well for starters this is a 2nd band, their main band is NEGA. Perestroika is there attempt to a more oshare style. NEGA is a Visual Kei band, there much older stuff from around 2007 (i think?) - 2008 is more Japanese Gothic/VK. They have different stages name for each band, but as far as NEGA is concerned, Voc. is Jin, Gui. is Ray, Bass is SAN and dr. is Yu. I'll definitely recommand Haunted Jealousy, Reminiscence, IDLE and Muddy Cult.

You know when people cry about style change, for example: "I want old (insert band name here) back", maybe its to prevent that. So Nega stays focused on one style and Perestroika is whatever else they want to experiment with. Thats my opinion now that i have given it a thought.

I love the fact that they can have Perestroika to experiment and go a little outside the box, while still having Nega to fall back on. I think often times the fans make it hard for their fandom to evolve and grow because they don't ever want them to change.
