I felt the long arm jsut a few weeks ago, i talked a friend of mine into turning herself in on some bad check charges and we were on our way to the courthouse for a scheduled hearing. Pulled over when police recognized her I was not driving, wearing my seatbelt, driver licenced and insured. They demanded My ID , and attempted intimidation over not having it on me, I was just crossing th ohio for a half hour trip to KY not leaving the country.
this is nothing couple days ago a 5 cops put me and my cousin in their car and took my house keys and went inside my apartment supposedly looking for drugs they also went in my garage and they went in my car they broke the center console and a bunch of other staff at the end all i had was 2 grams of cannabis so they use that excuse to tell me that i owe them a favor for not taking me and they got my phone number and they called me last night asking for information that i don't even know .

2)Al Queda filmed the WTC underground parking garages and found a weakness they tried to exploit back in 1994. Terrorists commonly film targets to assess security and weaknesses.

If he were a rational tax payer with a "great repuutation" and a steady job as you claim, than any attorney worth his salt would get the man visitation, if not outright custody. However, walking around a courthouse filming people and refusing to tell officers whether or not you have business there is not rational behavior! If I were a judge presiding over his case in family court, and he presented me with this video, all it would show me is his mental instability!

@olstar18 The camera was shaking because I was holding my Blackberry with the same hand I was holding my bag with. What happened before that? Obviously nothing that made that cop follow through with his statement that I had to leave the Courthouse; thus making him a liar. It wasn't my fault that he tried to abuse his power. It was just too bad for him that I had the insight to have the video rolling on my Blackberry in that corrupt county, and for that you should thank me.

This is a clear cut example of an officer abusing his authority. "It's part of my job to (insert justification for behavior here)". Take this video and make a court case out of it. Don't spend a dime on a lawyer. Even if you lose you will have sent a message and the fat lout will think twice next time. You may be saving someone else from being harrassed.

@dbrewy Lawrenceburg, Indiana is corrupt from the Courthouse to the Police. It's all interconnected with corruption going on up there. And a lawyer's wife in Cincinnati told me that her uncle works up there, and he knows that several, like half of the people in the Courthouse are related. That right there is corruption. No one can get a fair trial or fair treatment with the lawyers, judges, secretaries, etc being related!!

I support you 100%. I reported a car breakin and was intimidated and asked why I left what I did in the car. I told them I didn't realize I had left them until the care was hit. I was treated as a third class citizen. The few bad cops give the good ones a bad name. To be talked to like that was degrading from a 22 year old. I'm sure he's never forgotten something in his care before. It's the last time I ever call for police help. Thank god for concealed carry permits!!!

He said I wasn't allowed to stay in the courthouse and then he left without making me leave. Either he was lying about me having to leave or he was afraid to make me leave. Somehow I don't think that he would be afraid to make me leave so that would make him a liar regardless of what you think I may have done. Give me your email address and I will send you the whole video which includes Bonnie Cunningham saying "our judge doesn't lie" when I requested public records. I have nothing to hide.

The next time you try sticking up for someone, make sure they are not a corrupt and power happy person of authority. This deputy was harrasing a law abiding citizen and that is uncalled for.
