  • Also adding to your comment to GWRDec they couldn't turn her because she was something like two ton heavier than the restriction for the actual turntable!

  • Fascinating video Si, that shunter was interesting a real oldie...it's number is D0222 not D222 as stated in the text, which would have made it a Class 40!....Bob

  • Glad to see the Capriotti 5 back in traffic. Nice to see an engine face keighley for once instead of them all facing Howarth and Oxenhope.

  • Nice video. Glad to see Butterley's Caprotti 5 Back in traffic. It will be a nice change to see a Steamer climbing Keighley bank tender-first for once. I will be at the Gala today and Saturday.

  • Great coverage of 73129 shame i carn't go and see it as its the closest line to home 5** carn't wait to see your Gala footage...

  • Great vid! Unusual that a loco should be facing Keighley but never the less it make a change. I think the last loco to do that was 78022 in the 1990's.

    5*

Thanks, yeah it'll make a change and does offer some great new locations. It arrived that way and it's too heavy to go over the bridge to the turntable so can't be turned... But i'm looking forward to the challenge of the new locations. Simon

  • are they turning 73129? nice to see a standard 5 on the KWVR though!

No, it arrived that way and is too heavy to go over the bridge to the turntable so will be staying that way around. But it does offer some different locations... Simon
