@mixmaxdix Nope, just lightweight plastic. If you want weighted handles, the simplest and most effective method is to wear wrist weights.

@iwonbigbro thankx! i wonder, if the fact of not have weights on it make the rope slower or faster?

@mixmaxdix Heavier handles won't affect the speed of the rope, but it will affect how long you can sustain that speed. However, if you have a heavier rope as opposed to heavier handles (i.e. leather instead of nylon), I personally have found it much harder to get as much speed from the rope.
