  • I use chegg com to rent my books. I saved $500 this semester. All you do is search of the book in their website then you can rent them for that semester. You can also add more time or just rent it for 3 months if you are taking one of those short semesters. They shipped them to you and then the shipping back cost is included on the price you pay at the begging.

  • I usually spend between $100-$300 per term (that's only 11 weeks remember) and it's true... they literally only give you like $15-$50 back if you take perfect care!

  • Chris, I went to college when we didn't have laptops yet and had to type 20 page reports on an electric typewriter. Sometimes I would visit a friend and use his Mac and one time I lost a paper because the computer crashed.
