if you ever want black liner to stay on your waterline, try using a lighter and slightly burning the tip of the liner. only leave it under the flame for 2 seconds max. then wait for it to dry for a couple of seconds, check on the back of your hand to see if its cool enough to use, then apply to the waterline. it stays perfectly black all day. i recommend using a cheap liner though. the miss sporty one is perfect :)
