hey cubmister, i just started playing discgolf and i love the sport... i use an innova valcary for my distance driving... and imthinking about buying a star- but dont know which to get, any advice... by the way nice shot good skip
hey cubby, i stumbled upon one of your videos one day and thought it looked fun so i got some friends to go with me to a local disc golf course. i was wondering do you really need so many disc's doesnt just a driver and mid range and putter work out. Love your videos by the way
Glad you discovered the sport! You are correct, bot many disc are required. All the disc in my bag just hold up the 2 or 3 that I use. Nice to have options though. Have fun out on the course!
Hey Cubby....nice aces....ive been playing for about 5 years now love the game...i throw RHBH with 99% of my Arseanal...and Tomahawk with a Champ. Sidewinder...any advice on control and distance. Im having problems with The Wraith, I want to get the distance but am having trouble with control and distance....i need help
Thanks for you kind words! My favorite Wraiths are the CFR ones. Control and distance can be a tough combo. You may want to experiment with different weights on your favorite discs. Some times the smart shot is control saving you stong over the long haul when going for distance. Besides trying different weights . Play as often as you can, round after round or just practice drives on a hole that is giving you trouble. I always think about DG and play it in my mind as often as possible.
I throw righty and lefty. Here is what is currently in my bag: Innova Champion Fiirebird, Innova Champion Beast, Innova Star Excalibur, Innova Pro Destroyer, Innova Champion Leopard, Innova Champion Teebird, Innova Star Kite, Innova Champion Sidewinder, , Innova ROC, Discraft FLEX Buzzz, Discraft FLEX Surge, Innova R-PRO Aviar, Millenium Supersoft Putter.
Congrats on the ace. hey cubby i have two quick questions. if im playing on an unofficial coarse with no official tee boxes, just designated ones where the party agrees on, what if any would you consider an ace or should they count at all? Another question is what is the 14567 number you write on all of your ace discs?
I robably should get some quad shock straps. The song is one that comes with my Roxio software that generates songs for your video depending on what style of music you want.
My friend has a boss that he calls the frog. It seems just as overstable and skips a LOT more than my firebirds. Is the boss gonna be replacing your precious firebirds? lol.
I'm surprised that I don't like his boss. I can throw in the 325-400 ft. range with my Valkyries, Orcs, and Wraiths. But for some reason the Valks always come up the longest the most consistently. Maybe I just need to get my own boss and give it a fairer chance.
Do you ever play in any tournaments? Man, if you hit the ace fund right now in Columbus it would be 720 bucks in yo pocket. Have you hit one in a tournament ? Nice shootin dude.
So how many cameras have you destroyed?

If you are playing a course official or not and have designated tees, then yes an Ace it is!
14567 is my PDGA lifetime membership number, my membership is not current as I seldom compte in pdga events due to work.

In years past 99-03 I played in tournaments but my current job limits that.
I have one tournament Ace and many in weekly doubles, almost had one st worlds in 2003, chained out on Rosedale lower course.
