@SpockLover27 The brief lookup I did suggested that piranhas were actually very easily scared. Using that info without much actual evidence to work with (I am NOT an expert on these fish), Sylvester's tail might have been seen as a threat.
I will agree that the image of piranhas as vicious and fearsome is at minimum overblown.
@FrostyTheDragon They will actually never attack something unless it is bleeding. An expert did a test, where he put blood in the water, and it got them crazy. Moments later he got into the pool with the 100's of them. And they didn't pay him no mind.
