I have seen this guy many times at C.C. BART. When I first saw him I thought it was odd. The next few times I saw him I felt bad for him. He is obviously in need of psychiatric care which this society has failed to provide him. People post videos about him as jokes that he is a crackhead musician...the man is ill...its hardly funny.

Props to the poster of these videos for talking to him, getting his full name and hopefully putting him in touch with his family that has been looking for him
