as a young bowler i find it very helpful watching the womens tour and especially matches with shannon okeefe or diandra asbaty because they have great basics and as i havent been bowling for too long either watching those great fundamentals really helps improve my game

The old-school bowler in me just loves to see somebody like Liz using that down-and-in shot and just crushing it. Shannon has nothing to be ashamed of either, beautiful girl with even prettier form and I thought she bowled real well. People learning to bowl should watch her.
