Can someone answer these questions? ive tried searching for answers but to no avail.one, when you capture places like barracks, airport, etc, do they spawn infinite amount of troops, or just replace those that die? two, can you play 'skirmishes' against computers, instead of going online? three, are there boatyards in this game that produce ships?four, is there a form of currency in this game, like money used to buy stuff?units, upgrades, etc?

@tyber32 1: they will spawn a certain amount of new units depending on what u captured. and when those units die, it will just respawn the replacements for them.

2: cant play against comp.

3: only docks produce ships

4: no currency.

I played bw 1 on the gamecube. Too bad i had a dead memory card so i couldnt continue. So i had 2 options. Ether leave my gamecube on all day. Or keep re-startin

As my mom turned my cube off. I had to keep re-starting. So i didnt rlly play it often. IT was awesome. So i downloaded bw2 and played it on an emulator. The controls suck ass. But it will change as soon as i get used to it (i hope)

wow, this is a really early version of the game. There aren't even any mg towers, and the graphics are like the ones from the gamecube. It even still uses the same sound effects.

There are several different countries you play as throughout the storyline: Western Frontier, Tundran Territories, Anglo Isles, Solar Empire, Xylvania, and the Iron Legion.

@severebunny not really. There is a singleplayer campaign which is sort of like that.... There's no 'quick battle', 'sandbox' or 'deathmatch' you can have against an ai. the online multiplayer does a have a co-op mode though (you and another against an ai) but the ai isn't really like a proper rts. The game plays more like a 3rd person squadbased shooter - you just advance through the level and clear all the bad guys as you go most of the time.

This is multiplayer game. You need internets for multiplayer of course. Cant speak or text on it though. Can only handle 2 players vs a computer or just P.Vs.P. This battle was Xlyvania (attacker) vs Western Frontier (defender). Yes the game is good, multiplayer is somewhat limited though, some are hard though, but this one just depends on the skill and tactics of the players.

I finished the game a long time ago and i will tell you this, THIS GAME IS GOOD. Yes you do need tactics like goatmasterguru said but after a while you get used to the enemy attacks. Personally, i think the Western Frontier and the Anglo Isles campains are the hardest.

Khips, This is a war/strategy game that is a third person shooter. Yes you do need tactics, like sending bazookas at tanks and flame vets at infintry. It's an awesome game that won't disappoint you. You can play online against other people once you get good. It is "cartoony" (as you can see in da video) but it's worth the money, i garuntee it!

For BW3, they should give the players more chances to get really deep into the action, because the strategic parts of the game made the players too busy to actually get into the fray and such. In fact, they should enlarge the scale of the game by not making it simply 1 icon for one soldier, but 1 icon for a squad of soldiers, just to add to the intensity of the game. That might also expand on the strategy aspect of the game. Also, I want my gunshots to seem like they have a large impact then now
