My father/dad had one of these from work to borrow. Nice machine, but dang heavy! I remember playing Golden Axe on it. ;) DOOM 1 shareware didn't do well. No sound card an colors either. :(
Habe auch noch einen voll funktionsfähigen zu Hause stehen mit Tasche und allem Zubehör. Hat sogar noch eine Token-Ring Karte eingebaut. Möchte ihn aber demnächst irgendwie verkaufen. Hat jemand Ahnung was man hierfür noch bekommt?
I had one of these when I worked for John Deere back in the early 1990's. I think the term used was "transportable" or "lug-able". It was about the size of a portable sewing machine, and must have weighed around 19-20 lbs. Came with a Hartman luggage case - and with the options I had (SDLC card) and as much memory as it would take, and OS/2 version 1.1 on it - I think the invoice was over $10,000. I used it until 1992.

you can hook it up to an external VGA display :) The P70-386 got VGA out. Voila , one perfect retromachine

Windows 3.1 required 640K base memory and 384K extended memory to run. In short, it needed 1MB of RAM to function.
