Serving in the Army of a Non-Muslim Country (Some Misconceptions)

Currently the non Muslim armies are causing oppression, they are also using weapons of mass destruction killing innocents so I guess the answer is, it is NOT ALLOWED in my opinion.

@Issabln The scholar is empowering the viewer. The viewer has to use his/her own brain to make the final decision. Allah looks at intentions. Obviously, the viewer who has even limited intelligence will work out that the British and US and Israel are not only using weapons of mass destruction (which the scholar concludes unislamic because it kills innocents), they are also the cause of oppression. Scholars who give you the answers do not allow you to use your brains to think for yourselves.

What would happen with a Muslims soldier or any soldier if he denied to be part of American/NATO army action in Iraq or Afghanistan - Court Marshal.

Soldier is not asked his opinion about the mission. It is utter nonsense if anybody thinks like this.
