It is through God's grace that leads one out a life of sin (1 Cor 6:9-11) and into sonship, Rom 8:14-17. The Catechism isn't soft on homosexuality, it says CC #2357 "under no circumstances can it be approved."

Rom 10:17 says you need to hear the gospel. What if some don't hear the gospel, Rom 2:1-3, you shouldn't judge them particularly as ultimately going to Hell. Leave that up to God. Absolutely, however, you should seek to give him the message Acts 17:22-31, 2:38, 4:11-12; 2 Thess 2:15, 1 Tim 3:15.
This video is misrepresenting the Cathecism; Catholics definitely believe that Jews and Muslims need a supernatural faith in Christ to go to heaven. This reference from the video in the Cathecism #839-41 should read in context of LG 16 and, CC #846-47, a Catholic faith in Christ's message is the only faith pleasing to God. The only slighest loophole is for the invincibly ignorant. Jews and Muslims if they explicitly reject faith in Christ will not be saved.
We are saved through Christ alone, but it's Him alone who decides who can be saved. NOT YOU! If you've seen the Gospel, then you've seen truth and there's no other way. But Christ knows all hearts. With us acting as judges for Christ, isn't thousands of years of bloodshed enough?

If someone does what St. Paul condemns in Rm. 1, then that person is no longer acting with no fault.
