Man, the new Cortex just sucks. I know everybody knows, but i want to say why:
The old Cortex isnt bad, he is just tryng to save the earth making mutant animals, and i know that is fucking crazy, but he is doing it for the earth. The new Cortex is just a bitch, just tryng to conquer earth for no reason, like any other villain. Sierra also make it a stuuuuupid villain. So: the old version rocks, the new version sucks
It's funny - when I rented the game the first time, the track was functional and the guiar riff was there.
When I bought the game a month or so later (this was 2001), the guitar was gone. For years I've assumed I just had a shitty copy, but I guess they fucked up later pressings of the game.
Well, mine was the Greatest Hits version, up until now I've assumed that I just had a screwed up copy, but I guess that entire pressing was screwed up.

@SupaKoopa1 Same feeling. I loved the first three (3 more than the others) TWOC was okay i guess but it didn't live up to the standards set by what came before it. Twinsanity however, boy was that good. I mean the voice actors were perfect the characters sprites were terrific (except maybe tiny and koala kong who hasn't appeared since crash bash : /) and the storyline was strong. This is why i still have a bit of hope left for crash to have it's current makers go back to the old days :D

At first, this fight was a challenge. Then when I beat him, I went and tried to get all of the gems and discovered some pretty cool things. A year later, I played the game again, and when I got to the battle, I realized just how much fun it was to play. Every once in a while, I would play the game just to beat that boss a couple of times (I still do). The music just made it that more epic.

It would be awesome if Naughty Dog got back Crash bandicoot back. Remember that it was my first game EVER! I absolutely loved it. Then got 2nd and 3rd loved them too. Got CTR and it was awesome. And well....Haven't played crash bandicoot 4 though i think it went worse because the bad crash games weren't made by Naughty Dog. My childhood....ruined. Don't get me wrong, Travellers Tales had the right idea and mainly stuck to the classic, but after that.... just... fucking NO!!! As for Spyro, the original is tied with crash 3 as my favorite game of all time, but he also died very quickly after insomniac let him go.

Has anyone else noticed that there is a part missing at 0:42 and 1:30? If you're one of the people who play with the game volume down to 75% or anything under 90%, I believe. You'll be able to hear the solo. But the person who ripped the music recorded it at 100% obviously. I just discovered this yesterday. Try it yourself if you still have the game.

Has anyone else noticed that there is a part missing at 0:42 and 1:30? If you're one of the people who play with the game volume down to 75% or anything under 90%, I believe. You'll be able to hear the solo. But the person who ripped the music recorded it at 100% obviously. I just discovered this yesterday. Try it yourself if you still have the game.
