John is definitely the "Eddie the Eagle" of ballroom dancing, but that's why we have taken him to our hearts.

He did pretty well actually, and as ever Kristina was fantastic. I haven't watched the full programme, only viewed the clips of the various contestants because everyone is talking about John and his dancing! I'll definitely be watching now though.

Whatever the judges may say for an old man John is actually quite light on his feet! It's a bit hypocritical for them not to take his age into account, when they clearly do for Cheri and are always banging on about how Lisa and Jodie's sizes hold them back! You can only do the best with what you've got!

Kristina is a brilliant dancer though.
