Just got the DVD. Paul knows how to trash talk for the cameras but he's a regular down to earth guy who puts in hard work and loves to fight. Looking forward to his Strikeforce dominance, got full faith in his abilities.

I have trained in 2 different gyms in 2 states and Krazy horse was at both of them . He really didnt train . He would learn a few moves and he would tell us to put him in submissions and he would try to escape or would half ass spar standup wise but would wink and smile at the guys standing outside the cage . He is always looking to make people laugh and entertain people . He has good takedowns and can scramble He fights at 155 but as strong as a 175 lb guy . good guy just lost ...
