On AVERAGE, I'd say SoundLift is often, esp recently, more cheerful/brighter/ carefree/happy & Blueman is more heavenly/angelic/transcendent. The big diff, I think, is SoundLift has a larger diversity/range of styles. His Sorrow may be comparable to Andy's work, but even people like Pedro del Mar & Roger Shah have made certain songs closely matching Andy's style. Where SoundLift's style can be v. different from Andy's can be seen in Lenda, Long Way Back, Against the Wind, Paradise Lost, etc

To finish, however, if even SoundLift has a greater breath & diversity of styles, this is not a criticism of Andy b/c it must be said that Andy did absolutely perfect his heavenly style. Absolute perfection!! I'd imagine Andy's is the type of music angels really would play in heaven :) Last, SoundLift does balearic stuff, also plays live instruments & masters. The point is they overlap & can be compared in a few aspects or songs, but in many ways are v.different. But both are truly spectacular!!

SoundLift is a master of emotional buildups! I respect him very much, as much as I respect Andy Blueman for his emotional work :) These two are really amazing and Pedro is definitely on fire lately!! Love his latest tunes! Have you heard "Sorrow (SoundLift Remix)"? Damn HUGE!

Hey Kevin ;) Nice comment again mate, thanks for your opinion ^^ Yeah of course Andy is still for me the uplifting trance king, but saying that his level can't be reached, I wouldn't say that ;)) Just wait a little, you will see.. :p Each producer are inspiring each other to reach higher levels of quality. Some time ago I also thought Blueman's quality would never be reached, now after what I listened to on the last years, that's maybe possible ;)

Yes I recetly listened Andy's stuff forth 1000 time & I realized he was very unique... Thta Playme is great producer & make similar tracks (so is Illitheas & Soundlift) but there is something missing in their tracks... I love them all sooo much but it's never will be Andy Blueman's level, which makes me even more sad that he quit. I just hope his new music will be eqially unique & great.

I think you can't compare these two guys. SoundLift has a completely different style, more summer like, more energetic. Andy is more of the darker and dreamy stuff. Both are great,
