I love bands that can actually have fun and can poke fun at themselves. This is without a doubt one of the funniest videos ever made. If it WAS the 80's, these guys would be one of the biggest bands ever and they would have won an MTV Video Award for this video. But sadly it is not the 80's, and we live in an era where John Mayer is considered a Guitar God. Don't get me wrong, I like JM, I respect him; but he ain't no Guitar God as many would have you believe.

The shame with music in America is that everyone takes everything way too seriously. Sure, in the 80's, it was all about having fun, but it all got ruined in the 90's and the fun never came back. So a band like this, who has a blast doing what they doing, could never possibly make it big here in the US. So glad they are giving it another go, though

I believe that the stuff that Dan Hawkins was using for the Stone Gods is now going to transition over into the Darkness stuff? I am not sure if it is true, but those are the rumors I've been hearing about their new album. Same with Hot Leg and everything Justin has written.

Sure, this song is built around a Status Quo chord sequence (nothing to brag about, really) but it's wonderfully catchy. I think my favourite Darkness song has to be "Love On The Rocks (With No Ice)" and I'd love them to do an album of material like that now they've reunited.
