That is from the opening scene of the 1984 episode "Technology." There is a game at Blip's Arkaid called "You Can't Do That In A Video Game" (and Lisa and Vanessa decide to try it out). They "shoot" Moose in the video game and she gets drenched without having said the "w" word. They also "shoot" the boy with her (Eugene) and he gets slimed, but because he said "I don't know" in response to Moose's "What's going on here?!"

Though, I will say, being a guy, growing up, it was always more fun watching the girls get it as I took it as 'sacrificing their beauty' at the time, hence why these were the first comps out.
