  • i work in Manhattan by world trade..i found 2 of these monitors in the garbage in mint condition 3 days ago...both wouldnt power up...i both of them to work now . 10 bucks in parts for both..thanx

    I would also like to know the answer to this. AFAIK the cap that this guy replaces is still good on mine and yet it seems like the back light will not power on even though the blue power light is on and the monitor is recognized by the PC. thanks

  • Just finished doing that "fix". And found the video now (after, lol). Shame on samsung for using low quality cap. LCD good as new now.
