@Maangchi mmmm mmmm good! I made it and it was delicious. I'm always looking for new ways to prepare my favourite foods. I'm definitely making this again (and another of your recipies). Thanks!
@Maangchi Thanks so much! I made this for my family today and they loved it! they finished it all!! They loved it so much that they went to the store and bought more fish and made me cook it twice! Thanks so much it was delicious! :D
I bought some cuts of cod loin and they were horrible any way i tried cooking them... until i found your recipe! because of you i didn't have to waste the food;-) very very delicious and easy to follow!
hmmmm my boyfriend hates fish.. but maybe its because when he was younger his parents cook it differetly... im going to try this.. and force it in his mouth =D this style way of cooking does not make it look fishy smelly/tasting
Thank you very much! Once you finish fasting, try out this recipe. oh, you may have to try some porridge first right? Visit my website and check the porridge category in the recipe section.
Anyways, request: can you show us how to make bigger juns like 부추전 or big 김치전 and maybe do a video showing various table settings (ie how many side dishes for breakfast, dinner, etc)? We stopped eating full table settings at home when I was in high school so I don't remember how to set a table properly T_T but I thought should learn soon, haha.
hi, thank you for your request! Check my vegetable pancake recipe. And visit my website, I'm sure you will enjoy reading all information regarding Korean cooking such as written recipes, tips, ingredients, and forum. You will meet so many interesting people from all around the world there. And check my cooking class section where I posted one big meal table setting in my May 23 cooking class.
I recently turned 13 and I just made a very small portion of this with tilapia. It was really easy to make, and I swear it was the tastiest thing I, as a 13 year old, have ever made in my life! Thank you Maangchi!!
Hi Maangchi, I have tried this dish, using chicken breast instead of fish. It tastes simply delicious and the meat is very tender. Thank U so much for the recommendation!
