  • I am pretty sure you could add 5-10mph if you used your left arm more proficianly, it just collapses into your chest.

    Imagine elbowing someone behind you in the belly with your left arm if that makes sence. This should drive your shoulders round faster and add a bit more forward pop.

    have a look at roddick and rusedski ad youl see what im on about.

  • That is THE best indoor tennis court I've seen!

  • 5 months late.. try searching images of kumagaya dome tennis courts, they look good too

  • slow down a little
